What we take care of when translating into Italian

Contemporary literary Italian: dialogue in «…» caporali, grave and acute accents where they belong (perché, è, po'), the congiuntivo kept where the grammar asks for it, and tu, Lei or voi chosen from the characters' relationship and held consistently.
